About Georgia Plating
Georgia Plating was started in 1983 by Rick Wilson in Lithonia, Georgia. Through the hard work and dedication of Rick and his small team, Georgia Plating grew into a viable business. In 1992 Rick built a new plant in Covington Georgia.
Following Rick’s philosophy of Customer Service, On Time Delivery, Top Quality, Continual Improvement, and fair pricing; Georgia Plating has continued to grow every year.
Developing good business relationships with customers and suppliers is a lesson learned from Rick. While many loyal customers have been with Georgia Plating since the beginning, new customers from different industries are being added yearly to the Georgia Plating family.
Some of our services include:
- Analyzing plating problems with parts. Send your problem parts to Georgia Plating for analysis of the problem. Georgia Plating will provide recommendations to get the desired results.
- Review existing plating specifications to ensure that the customer is using the most up to date as well as economical method of achieving your goal.
- With two shifts Georgia Plating meets delivery requirements as promised. Weekend shifts can be implemented if required to meet emergency deliveries.
- Georgia Plating provides value-added work such as protective packaging or packaging additional components with the plated parts. This service can save the customer money by eliminating the extra handling.
- Trucking may be available.
